Hormel Foods sells products in all 50 states in major cities throughout the United States. Their efforts are supported by sales brokers and distributors.

The headquarters for Hormel Foods is in Austin, Minnesota, along with its research and development division and the main plant. Company facilities that manufacture meat and food products are located in Algona, Knoxville, and Osceola, Iowa; Atlanta, Georgia; Aurora and Rochelle, Illinois; Beloit, Wisconsin; Fremont, Nebraska; Stockton, California; and Wichita, Kansas.

The Fremont plant also has a pork slaughtering operation that provides the company with additional raw material through its pork slaughtering operation. Jennie-O Turkey Store, based in Willmar, Minnesota, is the nation's number one producer of whole and processed turkey products sold to retail and foodservice outlets.

Another Hormel owned company, Dan's Prize, Inc., has headquarters in Gainesville, Georgia. Here it operates manufacturing plants in Long Prairie and Browerville Minnesota, that produces roast beef, corned beef, prime rib, pastrami, and other cooked meats for foodservice and deli operators.

Hormel Foods International Corporation (HFIC), located in our hometown of Austin has established numerous license agreements internationally that include Australia, China, Denmark, England, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Panama, the Philippines, Spain, and other nations. HFIC exports products to more than forty countries.
